K2 is Crawley Council's new state of the art leisure centre which opened to the public on 14th November 2005.

K2 has something for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or ability.

With more than 40 sports and activities on offer at K2 , you can enjoy anything from an energetic workout in the state of the art fitness centre to an invigorating swim in the 50 metre pool; or why not scale the 12 metre climbing wall? For something more relaxing, you can unwind in the sauna or meet your friends in the café.

K2 is home to the only 50-metre swimming pool in the South East. It features moving floors to allow for a deep pool diving area, easy access for people of all abilities and shallow water for try dives. There are two booms that can divide the pool into three. We currently use one third of the pool though we expect to be able to book two thirds later in the year. There are also retractable screens that separate areas of the pool and changing rooms so specialist groups can swim in privacy.
