The
Dive Lodge, Little Haven
Situated only a minute from Little Haven
and Broad Haven, the Dive Lodge is ideally
placed for diving trips. Set back in from
the coastline it has ever changing views
across St. Brides Bay.
Comfortable surroundings offer the diver
all they could ask for. The whole of the
Lodge is set out with a nautical theme and
furnished with leather chairs, and carpeted
throughout. The best feature of the Lodge
is the large briefing room, where you will
find maps, books and charts of the area.
A computer is available with internet connection
if you wish to check your emails.
Next to this room is a games room and conservatory.
Access to the Lodge is available at any
time of the day, with a special area outside
for kit washing and storage.
The Lodge is set within four acres of grounds,
with streams, ponds and woods. The ponds
are full of fish with beautifully coloured
Dragonflies, there are Moorhens breeding
on the islands, with Hawks and even Otters.
The only sounds you can hear at night is
the Owl or Badger. Early morning you will
awake to the sounds of the Pheasants and
birds singing to a background of breaking
surf.

The Dive Lodge is run by
Len and Janet Bateman, Len has made over
1000 dives along the Pembrokeshire coast,
and has been exploring the coastline in
search for new dive sites for many years.
We aim to make your stay a relaxing and
enjoyable one. We supply all the bedding
and towels, so no need to bring your own.
Tea and coffee are supplied all day long
and on cold days a warm bowl of soup awaits
your return from the days diving. |

The Dive Lodge is the home
of Dive Pembrokeshire UK and provides four
star nautical style accommodation for the
diver who is looking for something different.
Set in its own grounds with woods, streams
and lakes, makes an idyllic setting. Overlooking
St. Brides Bay we are only minutes walk
from the tiny little fishing villages of
Broad Haven and Little Haven, where there
are many local Inns and eating places
The lodge offers comfort and relaxation,
nothing is too much trouble. The boats will
take us to some great dive sites, including
areas like The Smalls, a group of rocks
some twenty miles out to sea, where the
visibility is good and the seals are playful!
All diving will be discussed with us before
hand and full briefings are made onboard
the boats. They also have Dive Marshals
present who are there to look after us and
to brief on all of the Dive Sites. .

| There are some excellent sites. Some of
my favourites are as follows:
The
Smalls. A group of islands with not
only several wrecks and excellent visibility
(up to 25M), but also excellent marine life,
and lots of inquisitive seals who will swim
around you.
Skomer
Island - A marine reserve which is as
beautiful above the water as it is below.
The area is protected and contains some
of the most beautiful reefs in the country.
The area is protected by the Skomer Marine
reserve, where you are able to touch but
not take
Hens
and chicks - Excellent reef with wide
range of Marine life (15m)
Lucy
- An amazing wreck at 30m
High
Point - Octopus and scallops at 24m

|
There are many more sites
including over 40 wrecks.
