Clan Mc Millan
We had dived this early in the year with pretty lousy visibility. However as the visibility was getting better this year we were a bit more hopeful.
Depending on which website or book you read this is either a 65m trimix dive or a 20m recreational dive !! I can assure you we only got to 25m and we were on the bottom.
There is some confusion over which wreck this actually is. As far as we can tell it sank in 1917. This wreck is upside down, but twisted and starting to split open with a large hole midships with access to engine room. Impressive stern section with huge prop suspended mid-water.
On the day we again had very good visibility. Which made for a very entertaining dive and day out. Unfortunately I forgot my camera and therefore we have no pictures.
I would also like to welcome Graham Smith to his first dive with the club. Although it was not a "virgin " dive it was his first with the club. Welcome Graham
